Backed by Private Equity firm Bridge Industries LLC and strategically located near the Utica and Marcellus shales in Millersburg, OH, MultiProducts Company (“Multi”) designs and manufactures production optimization products, equipment, and systems used in the oil and gas industry.  Multi is known for its industry-leading Plungerlift technology which increases the both efficiency and profitability of natural gas production.

Placed:         Two Strategic Senior Sales Executives, also a consultant to assist with the launching of a direct sales model.

aha! Process is an award winning publishing and training company providing eye opening interventions to help improve schools, businesses and communities through their workshops, publications, and consulting services.

 

In addition to serving these fantastic new organizations, Griffon Partners initiated and completed searches with long time clients ERICO and AssuraMed as they continue to grow and expand.

With the addition of new clients and continuing our work with long time friends, Griffon Partners began tracking the performance metrics Fill and Stick rates.  For both metrics the rates are near 100% at 92%.  This level of precision clearly puts our firm in the very top tier of top performing search firms in North America and the World. 

As we kick off 2013, our objectives are 1) to maintain or improve our near perfect performance metrics while 2) reaching out to new markets both across the country as well as possibly internationally, depending on the business requirements of our clients.  We will specifically look to partner with organizations, investors, and leaders who are growth minded and truly value the impact that top talent who fits can have on their business.
